These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at samstlimousine.com and all luxury chauffeur services provided by SAM’S TOURISM & LIMOUSINE LLC (“Sam’s Tourism & Limousine Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Please read them carefully before making a booking.
By accessing our website or making a booking — whether online, by phone, or by email — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Sam’s Tourism & Limousine Service provides premium luxury chauffeur and limousine transportation services, including but not limited to:
Services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year across our operational regions (Houston & Seattle, Dubai UAE, Toronto & Calgary Canada, and Baku Azerbaijan).
A booking is made when you submit a completed booking form online or confirm a reservation by phone or email. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
Booking confirmation— you will receive an email confirmation once your booking and deposit payment have been processed. This confirmation constitutes a binding agreement between you and Sam’s Tourism & Limousine Service.
Accurate information— you are responsible for providing accurate pickup/drop-off addresses, flight numbers, and passenger counts. Sam’s Tourism & Limousine Service is not liable for delays or missed pickups caused by incorrect or incomplete booking information.
Flight monitoring — for airport transfer bookings, we monitor flight arrival times and adjust driver dispatch accordingly. Please provide your flight number at the time of booking.
Deposit: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. This deposit is processed securely via Stripe.
Balance payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours beforeyour scheduled journey. We will send you a balance-due reminder by email. If the balance is not received by this deadline, Sam’s T Limo reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund of the deposit.
Accepted payment methods: All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, processed through Stripe.
Currencies: Prices are quoted and charged in the currency of the region where service is performed — USD (Houston & Seattle), AED (Dubai), CAD (Toronto & Calgary), or AZN (Baku). Currency conversion fees charged by your bank are your responsibility.
Receipts: A payment receipt will be emailed to you automatically after each successful transaction.
For the remaining balance, the following cancellation policy applies:

To cancel, email ceo@samstlimousine.com or call +1 (713) 281-3991 quoting your booking reference. Cancellations are only effective upon our written confirmation.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Vehicle substitution: We reserve the right to substitute the booked vehicle with one of equal or greater specification in the event of unforeseen mechanical issues, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if a substitution is required.
Driver standards:All Sam’s Tourism & Limousine Service drivers are professionally licensed, background-checked, and trained to our service standards. Drivers represent Sam’s Tourism & Limousine Service during your journey and are expected to behave professionally at all times.
Driver assignment:We will notify you of your driver’s name and contact details prior to your journey. You may not request a specific driver; however, we will do our best to accommodate repeated requests where operationally possible.
Vehicle capacity: Passenger numbers must not exceed the stated seating capacity of the booked vehicle, for both legal and safety reasons.
All passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner throughout the journey. The following are strictly prohibited:
Sam’s Tourism & Limousine Service drivers reserve the right to terminate a journey without refund if passenger conduct poses a safety risk or violates these Terms. Any damage caused to a vehicle will be charged to the card on file, with a minimum cleaning fee of $250 USD (or local currency equivalent).
Complimentary waiting time: For airport pickups, we provide a complimentary waiting period of 60 minutes from the actual flight landing time (not scheduled time). For all other pickups, complimentary waiting time is 15 minutes from the agreed pickup time.
Extended waiting time: After the complimentary period, a waiting charge applies at the rate of $1.50 USD per minute (or equivalent in local currency). These charges will be invoiced separately.
Tolls, parking, and airport fees: Any tolls, bridge fees, tunnel fees, parking charges, or airport surcharges incurred during your journey will be added to your final invoice.
Additional stops:Any stops not included in the original booking are chargeable at the discretion of Sam’s Tourism & Limousine Service and will be invoiced accordingly.
A no-showoccurs when a passenger is not present at the confirmed pickup location within the complimentary waiting period (15 minutes for general, 60 minutes post-landing for airports) and has not contacted Sam’s Tourism & Limousine Service or the driver.
In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount (including any unpaid balance) is charged. No refund will be issued.
If you are delayed, please contact your driver or our dispatch team immediately at +1 (713) 281-3991 to avoid being marked as a no-show.
Sam’s Tourism & Limousine Service carries commercial liability insurance for all vehicles in its fleet. Our liability to you is limited to the total amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to any claim.
We are not liable for:
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
Sam’s Tourism & Limousine Service is not in breach of these Terms, and will not be liable, for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, extreme weather, or infrastructure failures.
In such circumstances, we will endeavour to contact you promptly and offer to reschedule or, where rescheduling is not possible, provide a credit note for future services.
All content on our website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of SAM’S TOURISM & LIMOUSINE LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written consent.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By booking with us, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Harris County, Texas.
For customers in the UAE, Canada, or Azerbaijan, the applicable consumer protection laws of those jurisdictions may also apply to the extent that they cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
